Why isnt there an RND logo on my purchase? : A warning about third party sellers on Amazon

Currently RND is the only distributor of RND products at this time. The only company that is allowed to sell our items as a third party seller is Amazon themselves. If you are shopping on Amazon and see our item for sale by another seller there is a very likely chance (unless it says 'used') that they are selling counterfeit RND products.

If you ever receive an RND product in the mail without our retail packaging or logo please contact our team at so we can assist you in finding a solution as soon as possible. Amazon will only allow a return up to 30 days after purchase.

To help us fight against these sellers with counterfeit products, we advise that you contact Amazon and let them know about the seller that you bought it from, and also leave honest seller feedback for that seller.

To leave feedback for an order:

  1. Do one of the following:
  2. Find your order, and then select the options that best reflect your experience.
  3. Click Submit Feedback.

Note: It can take up to 3 days after the order is completed or canceled for it to appear in the "Leave Third-party seller Feedback" section and next to the order in Your Orders page. You have 90 days from the date of your order to leave your rating and comments.

Please do not leave a bad review on our product page, this directly affects us. The seller you originally bought the item from will eventually get kicked off of our product page, and we will be stuck with the review from their counterfeit product on our product page.
