We offer easy returns for all of our products. We want you to be happy with the product you ordered.
If your product is not working and you wish to return it please contact us! Our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org is always more than happy to talk you through any technical issues you are having, or to answer any of your questions. They can assist you in replacing a defective product with a new one too. Sometimes it’s as easy as removing a middle insert on your dock, or getting a new cable sent to you, to fix the issue.
If you simply do not want the product, forgot you already had one, or you have already spoken with our team for technical support and still wish to return the product please follow the instructions below:

Please include the following:
-Your order ID #
-Your RMA (you need to get an RMA from a support agent) This tells us that you have spoken with us and we have authorized a return. This will also insure that you get a refund on your return shipping if you qualify.
In order to receive a refund for return shipping, if your return qualifies for this, you must send the package through USPS First Class Mail or Priority Padded Envelope (if needed for weight restrictions- see below)and have an RMA number with verification that you should receive return shipping in your refund.
If you forget to do either of these things we will still happily give you a refund, but we won’t be able to include the return shipping!
PLEASE NOTE: The weight limit for first class is 13 oz. If the package is overweight and you are unable to use to USPS First Class Mail please send it back to us with a priority padded envelope.
Please do not return the package through UPS or FedEx we will not refund shipping from these carriers.
How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
We aim to process all returns within a few days after receiving it at our warehouse. Credit card and PayPal refunds can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to appear on an online statement. Should you have any questions about the status of your return, please contact our support team.
How long do I have to return?
Please return your item as promptly as possible, we know life is busy so we allow up to 60 days after purchase to get the item back to us!
