Warranty Procedure

We know that products can become defective and we also know how frustrating that can be as a consumer!

That is why we offer a hassle free one year warranty on all of our products.

The warranty process is easy and simple and we will most likely walk you through some technical help first to see if we can solve the issue without a replacement.

Please contact us if you feel like your RND product has become defective. We are here to help!

Please note that for some international orders we will not be able to fulfill a warranty replacement in which case a refund might be issued.
